Did you know? The lotus flower is a powerful symbol in yoga. The seeds of the lotus flower germinate in the mud, then grow through murky waters and emerge as a beautiful flower at the surface. This journey represents the yogi's spiritual path toward clarity and wisdom.
Workshops: Planting the Seed

Workshops offer an introduction and overview of a specific topic (such as karma yoga, chakras, stress & anxiety, etc.). These classes take place at the beginning of each term and can be joined live or viewed later at any time.

Courses: Cultivating Growth

Long-form courses, such as Satsang, offer the chance to dive deeper into the topics covered in the workshops and put theory into practice. Community discussion and weekly practices help you to understand yogic concepts in a deeper and more personal way.

Mentoring: Seasons of Change

Sometimes, we encounter challenges that require careful guidance and wisdom. During these periods of change, one-on-one mentoring can be highly valuable. Svetlana can help you to see your life's challenges through the lens of yogic wisdom in a way that is unique to you and your situation

Yoga Nidra: Harvesting the Fruits

Yoga Nidra is a deep meditation practice that, after cultivating wisdom and tending to your yoga practice, can lead to a deeper understanding of your true self.

Yoga for Emotional Crisis

In this course, we'll learn practical yoga techniques that can help you to deal with sudden strong (and sometimes seemingly unbearable) emotions. These methods go beyond physical poses and offer tools you can take with you wherever you go.

Yoga for Weight Management

During this 9-week course, we will learn how to understand and love our physical bodies through yoga. Physical asanas combined with the psychology of yoga and the science of well-being will give you the healthy, sustainable tools you need to manage your weight.

Satsang

This ongoing group meets weekly via Zoom to discuss the science, psychology, and traditions of yoga within a close-knit community of students, followed by a physical practice and yoga nidra meditation that is chosen specifically to meet the needs of the group at a personal level.
